Attorney, David M. Waldrop focuses his practice in the areas of family law, insurance disputes, estate planning and civil litigation serving clients in Tennessee, North Mississippi and Eastern Arkansas. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law and has over 28 years of experience. Prior to law school, he served as a fire fighter for the City of Germantown. David is active in his community and has previously served as the Chairman of the Planning Commission for the Town of Collierville and as an elder at Germantown Presbyterian Church.

David’s philosophy is a successful attorney/client relationship is built on trust. He understands that effective legal representation can only be accomplished through a high degree of professionalism and hard work.
