Derek G. Williams

Derek G. Williams is of counsel to McCarthy PLC in Salt Lake City and the entire Wasatch Front.  Derek grew up in the Phoenix Valley and graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University.  He then received his Law Degree from The University of Arkansas William H. Bowman School of Law.

Derek is the founder of Wasatch Legal Services, PLLC which is a full services firm that specializes in Estate Planning, Debt Avoidance, Loan Modification, Criminal Defense, and Bankruptcy.
