Isabel de la Riva is of counsel in the McCarthy PLC San Antonio, Texas office. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1999 and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Ms. de la Riva is also a Member of the College of the State Bar of Texas which requires attorneys to undertake extensive continuing legal education, and is licensed in every federal district court in Texas.

Ms. de la Riva graduated with Honors at the University of Houston and Magna Cum Laude from St. Mary’s Law School in 1999. She has practiced in the field of personal injury, civil rights, family law, estate law, commercial litigation and contract law for 15 years. Throughout her experience, she has met countless of people facing economic challenges due to unexpected circumstances, and has counseled them into resolving their financial concerns and avoiding bankruptcy. She opened up her own law practice in 2005 and has continued to represent the people in San Antonio and South Texas.
