Bo Foley is of counsel in the McCarthy Law PLC Norfolk office and a licensed Virginia attorney.

Robert L. “Bo” Foley is the second of five sons of his retired Marine dad and stay-at-home mom. His family has deep roots Hampton Roads: both his parents graduated from First Colonial High School and his grandparents, siblings, uncles, aunts and cousins still live in the area. Bo graduated from Hampden-Sydney College magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in History before earning his Juris Doctorate from the College of William and Mary.

Bo focuses his practice on helping people.
