Thomas J. Petrelli is of counsel in the McCarthy Law PLC Philadelphia, PA office. Tom received a B.S. in Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia. He then went on to obtain a Masters of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School where he also received his Juris Doctorate. Tom has also obtained an LLM (Masters of Law) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Illinois, District of Columbia, New York, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and also the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.

Tom has received several national and peer-reviewed awards, including being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since 2009. He has a Superb AVVO Rating of 10 and was also named a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer by the American Society of Legal Advocates. Tom has been recognized by his peers for his creative solutions to family law matters and is a recurring guest speaker on divorce and family law at the People’s Law School.
