Trudee Andersen Gurley is of counsel for McCarthy Law PLC in the Grand Junction, CO office. Ms. Gurley is a graduate of Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa (B.S. in Journalism & Political Science) and Stetson University College of Law (J.D.). She was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1998 and Florida in 1987. In Florida she served as an assistant district attorney in Pinellas County, Florida, for more than ten years.

Over her legal career, she has practiced in the areas of personal injury, divorce/dissolution, and family law. Ms. Gurley is a member of the Family Law section of the Colorado Bar Association, a former board member and member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and a former Judicial Performance Evaluator. Additionally, she presently serves on the Board of the Colorado Pro Bono Project.

She is dedicated to representing individuals in a wide range of family law matters and has been actively representing debtors and their positions for more than 15 years. She realizes that dealing with issues related to finance, divorce and other family law matters can be highly emotional.
