In the past, Dean Daisy has served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer, leading and advising private companies sized to $55 million in revenue and 225 employees. In these roles, he has provided leadership and counsel to companies in government contracting, service, development, construction, distribution, manufacturing, healthcare and telecommunications industries, in start-up, growth and turn-around environments. Dean is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Washington, DC and has effectively represented of both individuals and businesses in a variety of adversarial matters through mediation, arbitration, and litigation. He focuses his practice on effective and practical representation of both individuals and businesses in matters including contract review and negotiation, disputes and debt relief.

Dean graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration before earning his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law. In addition, he has a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Financial Services Law with academic honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Hailing originally from Indiana, Dean lives with his wife and three children in Virginia. He has supported the local community as a board member with Loudoun Habitat for Humanity and currently serves on the Central Loudoun Little League board. He was also named one of Loudoun County’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2015.
