Jack C. Laufenberg is of counsel in the McCarthy Law PLC Sacramento, CA office. He graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and has been a member of the California State Bar since 1993. A past president of the Sacramento County Bar Association, Mr. Laufenberg practices primarily in the area of family law.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with an emphasis in writing, from San Diego State University. He is the past editor of the Sacramento Lawyer, the Sacramento County Bar Association’s bi-monthly news magazine. He is a member of both the California State Bar and the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Family Law sections and is past chair of the California State Bar’s Family Law Executive Committee’s Sacramento Region.
