Jason Collins focuses his practices on effective and practical representation of both individuals and businesses in a variety of adversarial matters including civil litigation, family law, debt relief, commercial litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Jason has represented clients before all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as courts in Maryland and Florida as well as in mediations and arbitrations throughout the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area.

Jason graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government before earning his Juris Doctorate from the College of William and Mary. Originally from New England, Jason resides in Loudoun County with his wife and five children and is active within the community in positions that have included the Loudoun County Salvation Army Board of Community Advisors, the Leesburg Business Forum, and multiple local youth sports organizations. Mr. Collins currently serves as Vice-President of the Ashburn Girls Softball League.

Jason was recognized in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 as a Rising Star in General Litigation by Virginia SuperLawyers, a peer-nominated award. He was also selected as one of Loudoun County’s Top 40 Under 40, and recognized as Best Lawyer in Loudoun County, Virginia in the Leesburg Today “Best of Loudoun” poll in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
