Christopher Vaughn-Martel is of counsel to McCarthy Law PLC in Boston, Massachusetts. Chris has represented clients in Boston and throughout Massachusetts since 2007. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Chris is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Chris is the founder and owner of Vaughn-Martel Law, a full service domestic relations, estate planning, and real estate firm. In addition to defending clients in debt collection lawsuits, Chris’s practice focuses on representation of clients in adoption, surrogacy, and other alternative methods of family creation.

Chris was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2009 and was received the Shining Star Award from the Victim Rights Law Center in 2011 in recognition of his advocacy on behalf of sexual assault survivors. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association.
