David S. Fabrikant is of counsel for McCarthy Law PLC in the Port St. Lucie, Florida, office. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration in 1997, and a Law Degree from St. Thomas University in 2000, David has been practicing law for nearly 15 years. He works primarily in the areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Foreclosure Defense and in the drafting of Wills. Mr. Fabrikant has dedicated his professional life to helping people in their times of need. He has extensive courtroom experience, including several trials in both Federal and State Courts.
