Diane Dramko

Diane M. Dramko is of counsel in the McCarthy Law PLC office in Cape Coral, FL.  Born in New York City, she obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration with a degree in Finance from Stetson University in 1985.  She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University in 1988.  Ms. Dramko has been representing clients in the Lee and Charlotte County areas since 1992.  She has primarily focused on family and civil law, including contested and uncontested matters.  She became a Certified Family Court Mediator in 1998 and has handled many contested cases to a successful resolution.

Ms. Dramko’s practice has been geared toward clients who have found themselves in various legal issues.  With her expertise in handling conflict and non-conflict situations, she can typically get matters resolved with successful negotiations and outcomes.  In her practice, both as an attorney and a mediator, she finds most people can resolve their legal situation with the help of a trained professional to guide them in the right direction.
