Donald H. White is of counsel in the McCarthy Law PLC Augusta, South Carolina office and is a member of the Georgia and South Carolina Bar.   He graduated from the University of Georgia with both a Bachelors and Juris Doctor Degree.  Mr. White has been in private practice for 30 years.  He is active in his church and community and serves on the Board of Directors of the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors of the Augusta Chapter of the University of Georgia Alumni Association.  Go Bulldogs!

Don currently serves as legal counsel for North Augusta Habitat for Humanity (pro bono). He is a previous sponsor of North Augusta High School “Moot Court” team competing in the South Carolina Bar Association’s statewide high school competition. He is a past Board Chairman of Augusta United Way’s Family Counseling Center and past president of Augusta Bar Association Young Lawyers and is a Leadership Augusta participant and graduate.

Don has three children and is an active runner and cyclist and often participates in road races in the Augusta area. He plays golf, racquetball, and cheers on the Georgia Bulldogs at football games.   Mr. White has been serving Augusta Georgia and the CSRA since 1984.
