He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1997.   He has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 1997.

Mr. Garcia is a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer and he is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Garcia has also been selected to the Florida Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine for 2011, 2012 and 2013. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. In addition, he is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association as well as the Florida Bar association.
